
Nfansu Janneh
Originally from The Gambia, Nfansu Janneh is a respected athlete, mentor, and community advocate. He played in The Gambia’s First Division before competing at the NCAA Division I level in the U.S. After moving to Colorado in 2004, he founded GAM United Football Club with a vision to empower youth through soccer. His leadership and advocacy efforts have impacted countless lives, fostering inclusion, unity, and growth within African and multicultural communities.

Karim Soumah
Hailing from Conakry, Guinea, Karim is a former collegiate player at Northwest Technical College and a GAM United FC alum. Off the pitch, he actively supports the Special Olympics and the Second Chance Hope nonprofit. His dedication to youth mentorship is evident in his coaching of Boys & Girls Club teams and his involvement in social development initiatives.

Branice Lawrence
Branice brings unmatched energy to sports, mentorship, and community development. As a board member, she has driven programs that strengthen local sports organizations and provide inclusive opportunities. Her leadership extends far beyond the field — inspiring youth and empowering individuals to reach their potential through sport.

Chaibou Adamou
A former pro footballer from Cameroon, Chaibou represented the U20 national team and was a top scorer in clubs across Cameroon and Thailand. Transitioning into coaching, he’s led teams at Colorado Rapids Youth and CU Boulder’s men’s program. He was honored as 2022 CSA Developmental League Boys Coach of the Year and continues to develop young talent with a championship mindset.

Inza Cisse
A Montebello High School graduate and former Illinois Central Junior College player, Coach Cisse has made waves in the United Premier Soccer League. Named UPSL National Player of the Week, his experience and mentorship elevate the performance and potential of youth players in the program.
